Goodwill Managers Graduate from Leadership Training
Goodwill of Central Illinois understands that leadership must always be fostered. That means training the next generation of leaders. On August 28, 2024, five young managers from Goodwill’s mission services department graduated from the SE
A program.
Self-Awareness, Engage Others and Act Wisely is a program developed by Owner and Founder of Image Potential, Cindy Byrd. The 12-week course focused on developing a leadership philosophy, managing people, communication, strategic thinking skills, and much more.
“Part of my job is to make sure we have leaders who are trained and ready to take the reins when the time comes,” said Goodwill President and CEO Don Johnson.
